Pat Martin and I, along with our assitant, Patty Bryant, are committed to making your real estate transaction as smooth as possible. I have been licensed since 1984; I have been a full-time Realtor since obtaining my license, and in 1999 I earned the Phoenix Association of Realtors Presidents Roundtable Lifetime Award (top 1%). My focus since the beginning has been historic homes and North Central Phoenix, and I am the founder and past tour director for the Historic Realtor's Tour. I am also a former Chairman and tour director for the North Central Realtor marketing group. My wife, Georganne, and I reside with our two children in Central Phoenix. I am a 1975 graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in Education.
Pat Martin is from Phoenix, and lives with his two daughters in the Windsor Square Historic District. He has been a Realtor since the early 1980's, and is a graduate of the University of Arizona. He, too, is an expert in the Central Corridor and Historic Districts of Phoenix, having grown up here. He brings a native's local knowledge and perspective to our business.
Patty Bryant has been licensed in Arizona for four years, and acts as our full-time assistant. She is a native of Columbus, Ohio, where she previously held a real estate license.
